Hello All,
As the subject says we are having troubles with our
normal users being able to open Pro\E's Help Center.
When trying to start the help center Pro\E will sort of
freeze and then the Jetty web server will pop up with an
HTTP error 500 and there is a null pointer error.
It seems to only be an issue when users don't have
Administrator rights on the computers in our environment
(even power users have the issue). We have tried giving
full permissions over the PTC program folders to everyone
along with a multitude of other things but cannot seem to
get it load for non admin users.
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appriciated.
