Pro/Toolkit for WF3 install documentation

I am looking to do some work or at least get more information on the use of pro/toolkit in WF 3.0 but can't seem to find any documentation on the knowledge base for doing so. It seems as though it should have been loaded by default with the install. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
