Pro/Surface tutorials

Hi I'm just starting to get into surface modeling using Pro/E and Rhino. I'm fairly experienced with Pro/E solid modeling and sheetmetal. I have one book, Inside Pro/Surface by Normal Ladouceur, but I find it fairly useless. Are there any better books out there on the subject of Pro/Surface? Tutorials? Thanks.

Frotime has a couple- but the free ones are pretty basic.
