Pro/Engineer WF4.0 Conflicts dialog box appearance

I'm getting this conflicts dialog box appear while opening an assembly item from Workspace. The conflicts dialog box Description shows that both the items are not available at the workspace. What is actually happening, can anyone please explain the scenario?
