pro-e crash when opening dwg

I'm able open parts and assembly but when i try to open dwg machine crash. any suggestions please.


btw: it's happening on all computers.

What has been changed? Check the config files and your .dtl files. Look in the trail file, std.errand std.out.

I solve the problem. I believe that the .fmt was corrupted or one of the files mention above. I just went to serverconfigs folder and deleted theconf.pro that was in use when the tragedy occur and deleted the .fmt file as well. Copy/paste some back-ups that I had hidden localy for this type of events, thank god! Now everything is back to normal.
