PP for HAAS VF3 with 2 axis trunion

Hi

Anyone have a PP for a HAAS Super VF3 with a TR210H trunion table (A tilt, B Rotate) please? Appreciate it's a big ask

Had a look on http://www.ptc.com/cs/cs_22/howto/ncgp2646/ncgp2646.htm

There is a 3 + 2 PP there, but think it's set up for imperial rather than metric. Installed but doesn't post data correctly. Can this be modified?

Thanks in advance

Ben

Hi Ben,
Open the Option File Generator and open the post processor. You will need to change the default numeric output from 4 decimal places to the right to 3. This is under File Formats->MCD File. Select the letter address and see what the metric format is. Add or change the metric output.
Also, when you create the part, you will most likely build the part using metric dimensions. Also, check the Option File Generator and see if there's a G-code being output at the beginning of each toolthat is setting the control to inch mode versus metric. Usually this is a G20 for inch and G21 for metric.
