Post processors

Hi

We have 3 cncs, a Deckel, Maho and Daewoo. Can anyone help me with post processors for these? The controllers are Heidenheim TNC 426 (we use ISO code) for the Deckel, Philips CNC 432 for the Maho (Y-axis vertical) - very old cnc, and Fanuc 0i model B.

Thank you for any responses.

My email address is [email protected]

Hi

i have already uploaded the postprocessro for Deckel Maho for Heidenhain Controller in conversational formt, you can download it form the forum, let me know if you want this in ISO, i will uploade this one.

If you wanta post for the rest of Machines 100% working then you should send the specs of the machine and one sample program along with drawing.

Otherwise i have the post for the said machine but these need little bit customization, if you can do so atyour ownthen i can send these to you.

Hi
I hav a good working post with fanuc oi mate, plz upload a sample programme so that i can confirm it and send it to u,

i assumes that u r using mastercam.
which post processor r u using? is it MPFAN.pst?
if so i have an eqivalant post processor.
but ur nc files seems to be from a different post processor.
plz post a milling programme.for fanuc

We are actually using VISI Solids through VERO Intl. (or rather were) we are in the process of changing to Pro/E.

The first link is for the Fanuc CNC. The second one is for the Philips 432 controler.

We use the Fanuc for production work, and so the program gives drilling operations & also a thread milling operation. It follows a predetermined path though, and is not a cycle call.
