Hi We have just upgraded from intralink 3.4 to PDMLink 9.0
I have spent the last 6 months arranging this and pushing to get the funding so as you can imagine now we have designers using the system I am very un popular.
We have had the usual user and admin training before the first migration but as there has been about 3 months between the initial migration and a final sucessful migration I am rusty in a couple of areas.
Can someone help me :-
I am trying to create the following lifecycle but am having some serious problems with it.
DRAFT----------REVIEW----------RELEASED
Promote from DRAFT to REVIEW
Promote from REVIEW to RELEASED
Demote from REVIEW to DRAFT
The first two stages are ok but i am having problems setting the state from Review to Draft, the only way I have found of doing this is to up issue the revison which I dont want to do.
Any help would be appreciated
