About once or twice a week when I open Pro/E& PDMLink first thing in the morning after a shutdown, it doesn't give me my server login and it gives me the message "CIP SOAP Client: Failed to finish writing SOAP call request". It makes my session as "Work Offline" and when I try to uncheck the work offline, it just tells me that it can't connect to the server. After about 15-20 minutes of sitting idle, it will finally let me log in. It seems to be pretty random and happens to other users from time to time as well. Does anyone have this happen to them, and does anyone know what is going on? Any help would be appreciated.
