PDFs of sketches look like... raster!

I've had this problem on WF4 and WF5: if I make a drawing of a part that consists only of a sketch, then export to pdf the result is a very pixelated raster output.

I use the following setup in export:

600dpi, monochrome, dashed hidden lines, use pentable. Layers visible only and stroke all fonts. The result is this, grabbed from a zoomed-in pdf in acrobat:



Any suggestion? If I re-do all the part with "cosmetics" it works well, but it's a real pain...

Ok, my fault... The problem was caused by the fact that I was using a "shaded" view, and it's not so easy to tell when the model has no solids or faces
