part model of taper cotter joint in pro/e

hi friends.,
how to make the taper (1:30) in pro/e for the part modeling of cotter joint with sleeve. can any one help me out.

[I did this in solid works]

Draw a straight line.its the height of you cotter. move it to have the origin at its centre.

draw two horizontal construction lines. both starts from the vertical line.
they are 30 mm away from each other.
the lower one( at the center) is given the dimension you know. the next line is 1mm more.

The attachment is like 80x30 mm cotter with 1:24 taper
