Obtaining Product Models

Does anybody have any advice on how to get models of purchased parts from suppliers?<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />
I have been chasing a skid steer loader ProE model without any luck.

We have received models from them in the past. Since they have come out with a new model, we need to update our product to suit.

Any words of wisdom would be appreciated,
