New guy needs help

I work for a tool & die company doing design. I'm trying to help set up the wire burn and cnc so they can start using pro. I know proe but nothing about the machining aspect. I need to know if there is a site or if any one can provide me with the basicstuff to help them get started for example post files for cetain machines etc. The guys in those departments are taking the online training but from what I have gathered so far we need to set up the machine info and tooling and all that good stuff. I appreciate any info and help and thanks for your time.

You need a few key things. First you need to know what kind of machine you will be programming and either build a post or have one built. If you have a geek the knows c+ or high level programming at that level than he might be able to build it. You don't need a bunch of tools buit if you have custom form tools etc and know proe myself and some other people around here can get you going on those. I would recommend someone that knows machining and done at least some porgramming to work either with you or run it. Any other guestions needed feel free to post or pm.
