move or resize axis ?

In 2001 Drawing mode. Axis, I lost or never had it, the ability to move or resize all 4 points at the same time. How do I make all 4 points move, or resize at the same time?

Display the datum axis A_1 then grab the A_1 to stretch all 4 points.

BTW, this is on 2000i, I assume it is the same on 2001.

In the drawing display the axis using Show/Erase. Show the axis using Environment Settings.



Grab the axis on its name say A_1 and then drag to stretch all the four points.
