Mitsubishi FA10S Wire EDM 4 Axis Z height

Is anyone using Pro/NC to program 4 Axis moves on a Mitsubishi FA10S Wire EDM? If so, how are you controlling the Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4,Z5 heights. Is there a way to do this in the gcode or does it have to be controlled at the machine. The post I am using is putting out the correct U and V values I just cant get control of the Z height of the upper guide.
