Missing balloons

I have a report region for an assembly with 18 items.
When I show balloons all 18 balloons appear. Upon
regeneration I loose 2 balloons. One refers to a part
in the assembly and the other a subassembly.


Any ideas?

The fact that flexed components cannot be ballooned is noted as problem on the PTC website. http://www.ptc.com/cs/tpi/119058.htm

Thanks Dmitry, but I am running 2001so don't have flexible
component capability (at least I don't think I do?) Also, note
that the balloons do appear when "Show BOM" is selected, but
disappear upon regen.


Thanks Terrie, but I don't have current maintenance so I can't
view PTC tpi. However, these are not flexible components anyway.
