mirror parts and deleting feature

dear all.
I mirrored a sheet metal part and added some feature to it.adding is not a problem as per my requirement.but I want to delete a feature in mirrored part one cut out.i dont want to see the feature (cut) in the mirror part.can u Please help me to find out a solution for this.or is there any other way to do this.because lots of cut out are there.only one cut out i have to delete in mirrored part and i have to add one cut out extra in mirrored part.adding is not a problem. but deleting how??problem?

As far as I know you can't delete features in mirrored part. I would suppress that cut in main part, mirrored it withouot that cut and add what you need.
 
You ca go to EDIT>FEATURE OPERATION>COPY>NEW REF>SELECT>INDEPENDENT


then select feature in model tree.


This way u can do mirror and avoid the features which u dont want.
