Merging Two Rounds

Does anyone know any tips or tricks on how to merge two rounds together. Kind of hard to explain so please look at the pic below. For you Pro-E users, to fill in the gap between the two rounds, you can put in a chamfer feature in the corner between the 2 rounds, and then do a surface replace feature I believe. Anyone know how to do this in SW. Thanks in advance.
