Low Cost PDM Solution and Help

I was wondering if anyone could help me in finding a low cost and easy to use PDM software that will work with PRO-E and ACAD (2D Drawings). The Company that I work for is very reluctant to spend a lot of money on a high end PDM software so I am very interested in a inexpensive and easy solution to my problem.
