J-link RunMacro() in Wildfire 2

When changing from wildfire 1 to 2 The command runmacro doesn't function anymore in all circumstances. I can't call anymore a mapkey which is known in proE.

eg. proeSession.RunMacro("%a3;");

has anyone same experiences? Do you know a solution to it.

br, Frederik

I have no Problem running session.RunMacro("%mapkeyname"); with WF2.0.
Have you already tried to start your Mapkey "a3" by hand.

bye

thanks, you 're right, it still works. I tried it with a very simple mapkey. The problem was that there wasn't a ~ before a command and this worked in WF1 but not in WF2

Anyone an idea what the meaning of this ~ is in the mapkey?

Hi, all

i regularly use WF2 and Proe 2001.

Proe 2001 as everybody knowswas,sorry is Rock stable. there was no problem what so ever working with map keys. I was realy fast, faster than any software working with Map keys.

I tried to use map keys in WF as well, they work, but they are not consistent, at one instance the map key may work and in the other it may not. this is a bug i supposein WF.

It realy slows down myworking speed, if i use map keys now.

Lets hope ptc does some thing about it.
