Intralink BOM quantity

I'm using intralink 3.3 and I want to produce a BOM report of an engine
assembly. When I look at the quantities in the BOM report they
are doubled for parts that have drawings associated with the same
engine assembly. At least I think that's what is happening. Any ideas
what is going on?
