I have just installed Intralink 9.1 on a test server and we began user testing. When the users attempt to promote a part/assy, at the very last step, the FINISH button, Intralink consistently freezes. When I exit and get back in, it has changed the state of the part to "under review". But I have to quit the session and come back in every time.
Some information and background/findings"
Intralink 9.1 M050 (just upgraded from 8.0 M050)
Oracle 10g
ProE WF 4.0 M160
IE 8
32 bit server & client
ONLY HAPPENS on EMBEDDED browser
Seems to work for a couple of times if I clear out ProE cache,k then will start tofail again
Any insight would be valuable.
It is preventing me from going live with this....
