Intralink 3.3 purge help

Our It dept needs to clean up space on the server.


I have used Spekan purge progam before and I set it to keep the last 2 versions,


Part.1,part.2 for example.


I opened up the intralink purge window clicked the version tab and have 5 options.


Do I select the second option- all except last x to do the same thing as with Spekan?


Also, is there anything else I should watch out for.

It has been a while since I did Intralink purges, but that sounds right.


The purge process will then build a list of the actual files to be purged.


I don't recommend running the purges during normal working hours as they tend to take the full CPU power of your Intralink server and production users will call and complain, unless your environment is really slow to begin with.
