Installing WF 3.0...should I worry?

Hey guys,

Being the Admin by default, we have decided to upgrade to WF 3.0. My question isif there is anything that I should watch out for or worry about.

We are also using Intralink 3.3, so I would really like to know if there are any issues that need to be resolved there.

One last question, I noticed that in WF 3.0, we have to install FlexNET, will this overwrite FlexLM automatically, or is it a completely different program?

Any info is appreciated.

<DIV>Before you deploy WF3, you must upgrade to Intralink 3.4 M030.</DIV>

<DIV>FlexNet is simply the new name for FLexLM.</DIV>
<DIV>It works the same as always.</DIV>

Intralink 3.3 is NOT supportted with WF3.

If you are going to WF3 M030 or M040, you must upgrade to Intralink 3.4 M030, Intralink 8.0 M030 or PDMLink 8 M030.

PTC has compatibility charts on their website that show the various combinations of PDMLink or Intralink with Wildfire versions.

Hey guys,

Yeah, after I postedhere I found out from the PTC websitethat we have to upgrade to Intralink 3.4 first.

When they say READ THIS FIRST, I guess we should listen.
