installing mold library

I haveinstalled the Wildfire mold library locally and on a network drive with the same result. When i try to make an automatic workpiece i get the message Mold catalog was not found. The message says: "Please check your installation and or path to catalog (c:...apps_data\mold_data\catalog)" I have created the catalog file at the load point, created the required environment variable and added the library path to my config.pro. I tried tech support but so far no luck. The install does not create a mold data folder under apps_data and i am not sure why. Hoping someone can point out something that might help.

found the answer. The TPI says to install the mold component library from the proe install cd then choose custom-options-mold components. It should have said choose Proengineer-options-mold components. Installing the mold components from the proe options menu creates the Mold_data folder.
