Install Problem!

Everytime I try to install solid edge it gives me this notice

"The licence key for Solid Edge Academic that you have entered is not valid for this machine. Contact Unigraphics Slutions, INC. or your syste aministrator for thecorrect key"

And the key I'm uing is valid because I've tried it o ther PC's and my machine is state of the art so it cannot be incompatibility. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.

Read the message again. The license file is tied to a specific machine. Yopu are now trying to load it on another machine, which the license file is not valid for. there is nothing wromng with the license file or the install process. Contact UGS GTAC and obtain a license key for the machine that you are trying to install SE on.
