insert a delay

backoffice

New member
Hello everybody,
I would like to insert a delay between two manufacturing sequences.
This delay will allow manufacturer to clean the model manually and then persue and continue to the second sequence. (the both seuquence are from same operation).
This delay correspond to G04 in the iso file.
I would like to realize this action before a thread millign sequence.
any idea is welcome.
thanks in advance.

What I do is have an M01inserted through the post processorat each tool change.

then my operator can turn on the opstop at the machine and it stops at the home position after every toolchange so he can inspect the part before the next tool starts. if the part or operations are good he just shuts off the op stop button and runs automatic without stoping.you should be able to do this with asimple edit to add the M01 in your sequencewhere you want it.
