I have a issue on Form...pls help me...

Hi frnds, i have bring u one more issue infront of u. pls help me with this.

i tried the form as in the drawing with exlude surface, but im getting a gap around the form. can any one pls help with this..

and im using WF2.0. and sheet thickness is 1mm.(Sorry i del the dims' for confidencial resons)

do this as rib, or extrude but do not use special datum plane( I suppose You do and this is cause of Your failure

if You have done it with surface just move this "step(feature") after solidifing(thickness) while thickness will always produce such results
