How to insert a leader only in a drawing?

I have been trying to insert a leader only using Note but I want a leader only without any text.


Thanks for your help inadvance.
 
Do not type any text. In SW you will see an emptybox but this box will not printed. (see PREVIEW).


Good luck !
 
I usually type in a space. This keeps my mind thinking there is text in the box, and apparently works for solid works, too.
