How to flatten out a helical pattern

Hello everyon!


I have a rotor with helical paterns of csys use to assemble


barnicles to the rotor skin. I need to flatten the pattern out to make a drawing table of the locations off the cordinate system in a flat state.


Does anyon know how to retrieve x,y,z cordinate locations from a helical pattern?
