For example, on a JIC flare, the end will be shorter compared to an unflared end. I need to model it such that the true lenght (in this case the shorter of the two) is to be dimension while still showing the unflared bend table data.
Use a construction arc to approximate how the end will move. It will move approximately about the center of the bend radius. this is not exact as there are some coining actions involved as well. But, it will get you plenty close enough. I use this method all the time for hardlines.
