How to blend like solidworks lofts?

How would I go about blending a part like the example below. I need to use a hexagon as 1 profile and a circle as another. When using blend it keeps telling me the 2 profiles need to have equal sides. I have tried all sorts of combinations for setting within blend but non seem to let me do this.

Split your circle into 6 segments within the sketch.
(Edit>Trim>Divide)
