How to animate leap spring!!!!!!!

I try to create an animation of leap spring, simply say a beam is fixed at both the end, &force acting at centre, and beam gets deflected. Problem looks simple but I am not able to do it...in PorE mechanism.


Can anyone help me

Don't know how its done but you will need the MDO if you want to set up dynamic situations.
