How Smoothen Facet

Hi all,

i have point cloud data in form of *.pts format. i inserted a facet feature with that file.
but the surface is entirely faceted.

how do i smoothen it ??.

Also can somebody tell whether creation of "blend surface from file" option will help in creating a smooth surface from point cloud data
