How do I rotate an ellipse in sketcher!

How do you rotate an ellipse in sketcher, evertime I draw an ellipse it is either constrained horizontally or vertically. When I try to use the rotate command the ellipse dosen't want to move freely as say a rectangle does, any help would be appreciated.

Did you try polar coordinates?

How about sketching an axis first(30 degree) modify that angle to zero and then move it in the position you need?

Make sure you REFERENCE the axis you created when you create the ellipse. This way you will be able to change the agle to what you need.
