how do i change ref balloon that is split

i finally got my ref balloons to work correctly but now on our other proe computer the reference balloons are split. it is supposed to be set up exactly like mine but for some reason it is splitting the balloon. how can i change it so it is no longer split.

I think you need to change to the simple balloon type. Change Type is on the BOM Balloons menu. It will remove any reference balloons so you'll have to recreate them. If you're using a custom balloon you may need to modify the balloon symbol which I haven't tried.
