Hole copy/pattern

I am working in Pro/Manufacturing/Process. I have a ref model that has a series of holes in it evenly spaced on the circumference of the part. I made a cut in the work piece relating to one hole. Then I wanted to copy that hole to establish an angular dimension to pattern my remaining holes off of, at least this is how I have done it many many times in a regular old model. BUT

I figured it out.... I did the copy and pattern feature in the assembly model vs the manufacturing model. Worked just how I wanted it to.
