Hidden Components - ModelCheck

Does anyone know if ModelCheck can be set-up to check for hidden components? When a component is hidden a "hidden items" layer is created. If the visibility status is saved (View -> Visibility -> Save Status) the layer is saved and the hidden components remain hidden. We would like ModelCheck to warn designers that components have been left hidden.
