That error message sounds like a problem with your Pro/E license file. The license needs a signature which is escentially and encription code that ties your license to your host id. You would need to go to PTC to solve that problem, the license management group.
I finally got it to work by uninstalling Wildfire 2.0 and installing the older version. I am thinking now that when they gave us our license files they were set up for the first version of Wildfire instead of 2.0 but the software that was sent to us was 2.0. Is there a big differance between 1.0 and 2.0?
