Help with flat pattern

Hi

Can anybody give me a hand with this flat-pattern problem?

I have a continuous wall around the side of my C-shaped part - the C-shaped part alsohas a varying lateral depth. The side wall is straight in cross secction, and angled at 45

Do a Gaussian Shaded Curvature analysis on the appropriate intent
surface set. If Gaussian curvature is anything other than zero it
is not a flat wrap and, therefore, 'formed'.

Post the (Features are not important so a neutral is fine) b-rep
geometry if you want to pursue it.

The part looks like it has been developed in more than one direction hecnce you can't unbend it.
