Help with contact areas

Hi,


I would like to be able to contrain my model in such a way that when two surface come into contact they can go no further. I have a simple jig here, the top half is hinged and I would like the model to stop on the two black standoffs when horizontal and the angled stops when lifted.

use joint axis setting to limit the rotation angle. First measure the angles , i mean max. and minimum or start and end. Enter these two angles in the joint axix setting limit.


If you can't do it let me know and I will do it for you.
