Hard drive Crash

We lost our hard drive, it had all of our Intralink, we have all the back ups EXCEPT the dump file.

Is there anything we can do to restore and have the assocation without the dump file?

Tom

W/O the Dump file your done.

What you can do if you have a complete backup of all the directorys that Intralink was installed in and the version you can install Intralink in the same locations on the server, than use the restore and hope that everything restores correctly and you get the correct paths.

Many years ago we had to recover a hard disk and it cost several thousand dollars. I have not tried these people but if your out of options...http://www.nationwidedatarecovery.com

I have had some luck using a linux liveCD and manually mounting the drive once the CD boots up.

Depending on how bad the drive is, you can possibly try that.

Another possibility is to get on of those little devices that you plug in a HD as a USB drive.
