GUIDE BUSH IN EMX

While defining a guide bush inGuide Bushdialog box i have checked the Toggle Side box. The system has introduced a clearance between the bush and the plate. When I uncheck the Toggle Side box then there is no clearance but the direction is not as desired.

Can u help me out of the problem?
