Flexlm using a PCMCIA card

Does anyone know how one might establish a Flexlm license using a PCMCIA card? I currently have a license tied to the card and want to be able to carry it around with me.



One thought I had was to use an old laptop, plug the card into it and connect it to my server. After this, I would map a drive from the computer run Pro/E on another machine... making the laptop a license server.



Is this feasible? Do I need a dongle to get it to work correctly?

I use a usb network adapter and carry it with me.

You will need PTC to generate a new licence file based on the adapters unique mac address first though.
