extrude part of a cylinder surface

First I'd like to thank you so much for your help.

I first create two offsets (2mm) of the inned diameter of the cylinder (both faces), so I have two circles in both faces of the cylinder.

Then I draw a line from one point to the circle perpendicular to the other circle.
With the same method i create another line.
So I have two lines to specify my plane.

I switch to sketch to create a simple rectangular to the new plane. Then I try to extrude back to the inner surface of the cylinder.
And then I get dissaster ! I can't get it right like yours.

Please, check the photos and tell me what can i do to fix that.

From the pictures I do not understand your problem.

In one of them I see a "blind extrude" feature. I think that THIS is the problem.
Do not extrude BLIND. Extrude UP TO FACE (see EXTRUDE BOSS feature manager). For UP TO FACE option, show to SW the inner face of your cylinder.

Look again in my file to the EXTRUDE BOSS feture and make the same settings.

Good luck !
