Error writing temporary file

Huug

New member
Hi,

After working a while inWildfire 2.0 M100and repeatedly showing feature info, it quits: It shows a blank info screen ande the message "Error writing temporary file. Check space on temp partition or set $TMPDIR." Huh?!?

Space enough on my C:\temp, which I have set in the PTCSetup, so that can't be the problem. And how to set a $TMPDIR? Is that a system setting in Win XP Pro? A added that one, but is doesn't help. Does one of you?

Thanks,

Huug

<DIV>You need to define TEMP and TMP (to an existing folder). I would expect that this is still required. I've never heard of TMPDIR before, and do not have such now.</DIV>
<DIV>MyWF2 runs fine without TMPDIR, including all info commands.</DIV>
