Erasing line

Hi all,

I have problem in erasing geometry line.

In detail view I need to delete(or erase) border lines and other

geometry line ,I have used Edge Display>erase line potion

but its not working!! for both outer borders and other geometry lines. I donot know what is the problem.

Please can any body help me??

Display Mode > View Display > No Hidden > Tan Solid

Now try to use the Edge Display > Erase Line > Tan Solid > select the lines you want to erase

No It is not working. As I alredy told , it is a detailed view of a main view. and Iwant erase both geometry line and outer spline.

I would rather go this route-Create General partial view. This is if I understand what you are say. Hope this points you in a direction.
