ENGRAVING

Could someone help, I am trying to engrave on a curved surface on a mold cavity. When I pick my cosmetic groove the tool path says unable to intersect part.

I can use the exact same parameters and engrave a cosmetic groove on the other end of the cavity plate, but not on the end where I need it. I had the same problem with a mill volume on the same plate. Any ideas?

I have had this happenbefore, the error occures because the accuracy is set to low. Try increasing it. This is from the PTC knowledge base.

Thanks sjohnson

When I changed the accuracy it blew my part out of the water. Had to do it a different way. I will remember that in the future.
