DXF export flips mirrored circles?

I have a problem with the dxf export and I hope it is
just some problem with what i am doing!

I am exporting using the option 'annotation view' and
'front side'

And as you can see in the picture it exports wrong - it
flips the circles of the mirrored parts in the export.
How can i fix this?

I believe the export follows the Axis order so for
XY X points Right Y points Up
YZ Y points Right Z points Up
ZX Z points Right X points Up

If you look at the triad shown at lower left corner of your picture I see the X axis Red pointing Left and the other Y Green or Z blue pointing down so the export would result in a 180 deg rotation of the geometry as shown.
