DWG to IGES

We're an architectural woodworking firm and we're having a
chair back carved. We've had the model created and it's in
.stl format. The company that's doing the CNC carving would
like the file in an IGES format. We also have the file in
.dwg format and can save it in .sat or .dgn format. Is
there someone that would be willing to open this file and
resave it in IGES format? The file is quite large right
now. I'd have to send it with a file transfer service. This
is rather urgent so whatever anyone can do would be appreciated.
